PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The table’s surface is sanded to achieve a smooth finish while retaining the unique marks and imperfections that showcase the character of reclaimed wood.
It is stained to enhance its natural beauty and finished with a satin varnish as standard. For a more rustic touch, a natural wax finish is available upon request.

This table is crafted using locally sourced new and reclaimed wood planks as well , osb board, screws, nails, glue, stain, wax, and varnish, ensuring a sustainable and durable design.

ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order, add the desired table size to your basket first. Then, return to the shop to add the bench before proceeding to checkout. Please note that the bench is sold separately.

MATCHING BENCH

Please be aware that the bench is not included in the table’s price. If you would like a matching bench, simply add it to your basket. The bench will be made to match the table size when is closed (not extended), slightly smaller (25cm), to fit neatly under the table between the legs. If you prefer a larger size, please include a message with your order.

TABLE COLOUR – Walnut

The dining table shown in the photographs comes with a Walnut stain and finished with a satin varnish, which gives it a semi-gloss appearance.

COLOR OOPTIONS

If you wish to have a different colour stain, please write us which colour stain interest you, we can also try to match what you already have as colours in the room.

Please keep in mind that the colour may appear slightly different due to the reclaimed wood used, resulting in slight variations in tones compared to the photos.

IMPERFECTIONS

Please note that imperfections such as bumps, saw marks, hammer marks, or paint traces are not considered defects. These details are part of the unique character and charm of using reclaimed wood, adding to the individuality of each piece.

WOOD MOVEMENT

Wood is a natural, hygroscopic material, meaning it interacts with the air around it by absorbing or releasing moisture until it balances with the surrounding humidity. As a result, wood will expand when it absorbs moisture and shrink as it dries. It’s important to note that this movement doesn’t occur evenly in all directions, making each piece of wood uniquely reactive to its environment.

PRODUCT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

To ensure the longevity of your table or bench, please avoid placing it too close to radiators or any direct heat sources, as exposure to high temperatures can affect real wood. Similarly, avoid humid conditions, as excessive moisture may cause the wood to expand or warp.

DELIVERY

All dining tables will be safely flat-packed and include screws for the legs. The legs will arrive in a separate package. Assembly takes approximately 5 minutes and can be done with an electric screwdriver or a standard cross-head screwdriver.

Please note that processing time and delivery estimates are provided as approximations. Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification when it is ready to be dispatched. We will contact you before the delivery day is being made.
Depending on your country and location we use different companies and methods of delivery, some of them will provide a tracking number some curriers will not offer a tracking number. Regardless, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
