The table’s surface has been sanded for a smooth finish while preserving some of the marks and imperfections that give character to the wood. It is stained and can be coated in a satin varnish as standard or natural wax upon request. The materials used include locally sourced reclaimed new and used wood planks, OSB board, screws, nails, glue, stain, wax and varnish.

ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order, add the desired table size to your basket first. Then, return to the shop to add the bench before proceeding to checkout. Please note that the bench is sold separately.

MATCHING BENCH

Please be aware that the bench is not included in the table’s price. If you would like a matching bench, simply add it to your basket. The bench will be made to match the table size when is closed (not extended), slightly smaller (25cm), to fit neatly under the table between the legs. If you prefer a larger size, please include a message with your order.

TABLE COLOUR – Gold Oak

The dining table shown in the photographs comes with a Gold Oak stain and finished with a satin varnish, which gives it a semi-gloss appearance.

COLOR OPTIONS

If you wish to have a different colour stain, please write us which colour stain interest you, we can also try to match what you already have as colours in the room.

Please keep in mind that the colour may appear slightly different due to the reclaimed wood used, resulting in slight variations in tones compared to the photos.

IMPERFECTIONS

Please note that imperfections such as bumps, saw marks, hammer marks, or paint marks are not considered defects. They are part of the product’s character, resulting from the use of reclaimed wood.

WOOD MOVEMENT

As wood is organic and hygroscopic, it will release or absorb moisture until it reaches equilibrium with the humidity in the air. This means that wood expands when it gains moisture and shrinks when it loses moisture. It’s important to avoid placing the table or bench too close to a radiator or any heat source, as well as exposing it to humid conditions, which can cause the wood to expand.

PRODUCT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

To ensure the longevity of your table, we recommend avoiding direct contact with radiators or sources of heat. As this is real wood, it is susceptible to temperature fluctuations. Additionally, keep the table away from humid conditions, as excessive moisture can cause the wood to expand.

DELIVERY

All dining tables will be safely flat-packed and include screws for the legs. The legs will arrive in a separate package. Assembly takes approximately 5 minutes and can be done with an electric screwdriver or a standard cross-head screwdriver.

Please note that processing time and delivery estimates are provided as approximations. Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification when it is ready to be dispatched. We will contact you before the delivery day is being made.
Depending on your country and location we use different companies and methods of delivery, some of them will provide a tracking number some curriers will not offer a tracking number but you will be kept updated with the progress of your delivery
